The failure of this Bal/Norco framed Jayco must have been caused by the stiff of suspension on this truck too. Videos is an F150 which is far from a stiff suspension.
Sounds like Jayco and Norco made up an excuse for the frame failure and are still covering it because they know it's their fault.
