Have you tried a universal remote to see if it works. That is a pretty common unit in late model RV's, maybe check with some other RVers to see if you can borrow their remote. The remote for that unit is the small type with the bubble buttons. They can go bad. I had no problem programming a universal remote that I use most of the time. If you have a jensen TV, chances are the remote for that will also control the DVD combo, it does mine.
