Pay cash or you cannot afford to buy the truck??
Nothing like financial advise from a stranger on the internet right? How much does it cost to borrow for a vehicle right now? Probably under 4%. My stock investments returned me over 16% last year. Paying cash for the truck instead of investing would have cost me a 16% return... I'd rather borrow money at 4% and earn 16% on MY money all day long.
We financed a new Honda exactly one year ago, and got 1.9% financing, plus Honda Financial sweetened the terms to close the deal by contributing $500 to what I was offered on my trade-in by the dealership. I could pay cash, but I'm never going to when I can get such cheap financing.
