Gotta admit, if a company cancelled my order with no explanation, I'd be ordering again.. From a competitor.

Because someone else will ask anyway, since you're buying new, any reason you're not considering a 250 or 350? It would solve the payload concerns. But some people do have legit reasons for sticking with a half ton.
