I had two vehicles and insurance adds up on both. The f350 has an 11k gvwr and is now locally subject to annual inspections and a bunch of other stuff. It has to go.
The new f150 would be the best of both worlds. A superduty is not good as a daily driver. Not an option.
I'm in Canada with crazy high gas prices so the 2015 F150 was a great compromise.
I'm not lamenting going to the scales or being careful when packing but it was nice not to have to worry.
The one benefit of a regular F150 is I could get the 5.5' box and since I drive and park downtown on a daily basis that would help.
the reason for the cancellation is a frame shortage...

On top of the cancellation, I sold my daily driver and bought a diamondback HD cover which I will now have to sell!
