I'm sitting in a GM dealer right now.

I can get all I wanted with a 2200 pound payload, and better advertised fuel economy than the Ford 5.0....

Even if it is the same I'd be happy.

Not looking good for Ford. Also my dealer has not called today as promised.

Anything bad about the GMC/Chevy 5.3's and associated transmissions I should be aware of?
