I just got word from my Ford dealer that my order for max payload package has also been canceled. It seems that the frame supplier cannot produce the frames yet(at least that is what they are blaming it on).
On a more positive side, the dealer told me that Ford will give me an extra $2,000 credit for my inconvenience if I either purchase a truck that is available or enter a new order for a 2016 model that I probably won't get until February. I have not yet decided if I want to do one of those two options or something entirely different.
