Reports from owners of "prewired" solar options on this Forum point toward what you have (connection to battery and a jack of some sort?) or just the module wiring installed towards the roof. Unless the purchaser chooses a "solar system" from the dealer, you just get wire.
I've had a single 235W module installed on my trailer roof for almost three years. I run a fridge, the lights inside, the pump, fans, my 120V entertainment devices, etc. all off that module charging my batteries and using an inverter. Solar does a better job of charging my batteries than I can with multiple 120V chargers I have.
If you need more info about the specific pieces of a solar system, post a thread in the "Tech Issues" section of the Forum. That is where many solar users hang out.
