Sticker says 3700lbs but seems to me its really in the 4200lbs range and I had nothing in the camper and I have VERY limited options.

I was guessing at 3700-3800# and I was off the mark by 400# . By the time the average TC'er adds their personal stuff and various camper options, i'll bet we could be talking 5k on that camper.
