We looked at a used Wildcat model (can't remember exact one) with similar specifications as yours. You say you pull it fine now, but the Wildcat Trailers we found were pretty heavy, maybe I'm comparing apples to oranges though?
We ended finding a used 2007 Nash 27e for relatively cheap and it works pretty well. It does not have a slide out though, I don't know if that is one of your requirements. It has triple bunks, queen bed, table/couch area and a nice sized kitchen (plus for my wife).
We have seen a few used Fleetwood Pioneer "24BH" models that have a side mounted main bed, dining table and full/twin at the back for kids that are relatively short, 26/27 feet I believe? They were fairly low feature trailers though and did not have slides and would not be good winter camping trailers. To make it more confusing, I have also seen 24BH models that do not have side mounted main beds and are a little longer.
