looking at a '97 9'10" 5000 squire, includes electric jacks and 2500w generator and double door fridge/freezer. assuming all checks out on inspection what would be reasonable price to offer ?

I brought this home on Friday but can tell I am going to need some stabilzers either air springs or other. I put a set of airlifts on my 4runner and they seem to be solid product so will look into a set for my truck. As far as the camper it was $16,500 new with some options like winter package, presided for genset, electric jacks, etc. I looked under the sink And it looks like showroom condition no sign of water or vermin or even dust. Floor is solid roof is solid no evidence of infiltration anywhere. I am not sure how much the generator was used but paper says was installed in 1999. The hour meter in the cabin on the remote start toggle reads zero hours. How can I troubleshoot this? Generator fires up within 2 seconds and purrs like a kitten. Massaging our butts as we sit at the dinette. :)
