Saw the same looking rig a few years ago at the Antelope marina on Lake Powell. Could this be the same rig? :).

Pretty cool house boat, and would love to be able to get a pontoon boat/barge you could put your TC on.

Using an RV as pre-made cabin on a boat is a pretty sensible idea. Here's one, a small TT, seen on the Columbia River a few years ago:
