We're just north of the northern Vermont border (the mountainous Eastern Townships sector, Quebec): the forests here are as green as a jungle. Very little to no leaf color change. This is the longest period of green leafing we've seen in this region in more than a decade.
I hope we see some color soon, or the leaves will fall "green" when heavy frosts hit in a week or two.
Those experiencing "colors" in Northeast this 2013 season: you're lucky!
After low '70s most of last week into Saturday, we'll be back into the '70s by Tuesday/Wednesday again...this is the wettest September I've seen in about 12 years.
Road clearance in Vermont: we've been all over Vermont (north/south/east/west) and have never experienced a width or height clearance issue. I suppose if you're driving on a private ranch/farm in Vermont, you may have these issues...enjoy :B
