Do like others have said and get up there and check sealant around the base of the antenna mount and where cable goes into the roof. Clean and apply new sealant. Also be aware that if it is a Winegard antenna it would be a good time to lubricate the gears, and lifting screw. Use a spray silicone lube on the gears and under the rotating base. There may be a small rubber plug on the base. remove and spray in the hole, re-plug.
