I have had this issue 2x on 2004 and 2005 units. After doing the Dicor deal, they both still leaked.
Both times it was the O-ring . I changed it from the inside, it was located around the hand crank shaft. Took a few minutes and maybe 50 cents. :)
Those o-rings wear out and sometimes do not seat correctly from the factory.
