I suggest waiting until all the 2018 models are out and driving your options from the big 3. Each one will do the job, but there will be one that fits you better than the others. It may fit better in the wallet, it may have more comfortable seats, the controls may be more intuitive or the truck may handle better. I don't think you can make a wrong choice right now and subjectivity can be your guide.
I went from a Ford to a Ram, not because I was unhappy with my last truck but because the Ram offered more value this round with the options I wanted. GM didn't have an offering I wanted and missed out on a sale. Like you, I keep my vehicles for a longer period of time - The platforms and power trains change over that time, so you need to approach this purchase knowing these vehicles are not the same ones you experienced in the past.
