It seems that the newer 6.7 isn't having the injection pump issues the earlier versions did. Maybe they got that CP4 issues addressed with the tweaks they've made. I think all of the diesels are very capable and generally are good trucks, so it's more about your own personal preferences in terms of which one you like the best. To me the Ram feels the "truckiest", the GM feels the most car-like and the Super Duty falls somewhere in between.
