The comment about the 6 speed is not specific to the titan. Unfortunately, due to government fuel economy standards, most modern transmissions in trucks behave this way. My 15 Silverado i just traded in was that way and my 17 Ram i just purchased is similar, but not as bad as the Silverado was. A friend at workb told me his F150 acts similarly.
