The Rockwood was the 233s, I believe. A bit longer than our jayco, had the dinette slideout and I believe a sofa opposite it. I'm pretty sure it was closer to 4400 or 4500 lbs though, that was the reason I didn't get it. We compared those two models because they were both available at our local dealership. I believe Jayco does have a similar floorplan, but I just looked it up and it's just over 5000 lbs (X23e). The jayco x20d looks like a decent compromise, no slideout for the dinette and no sofa, but only around 4000 lbs.
We were in the same place with tow vehicle. We had what we had, and it was either pull something with it or not. You'll get as much as you can out of it, and when you have to upgrade you will. Eventually we upgraded just for more seating space, and then were able to up our tow capacity at the same time.
