So I thought I had found another great deal. Its up in the northeast.
Its a 2013 Roo 23ikss (2 slides and 2 beds) for a great price. I spoke to the guy selling it and its been winterized since fall 2017 and sat unused.
The floor by the door side slideout is soft, an area about 2ft by 2 ft.
The seller was telling me he though it was some kind of laminated wood floor. I have no idea if thats a major problem to fix or easy. Seems its priced about 3-4000 less than would normally be worth.
He thought maybe pine needles or a stick got stuck in the sldie gasket and let rain go in for the past year and soften the floor there. But admittedly we dont know. Its in the kitchen area but not near the sink so don't think its a waterline issue.
