The floor is laminated and Rockwood made one of the best laminated floors going but even they stopped and changed to OSB. Its almost impossible to repair that floor to the point that you wont know it. Rockwood's weakpoint is the typical RV industry inconsistent level of workmanship, especially at seals and slideout seals. Some they get right, some they don't. Its possible they let the fridge drain into the rig, as the ikss has the fridge in that curbside slide.
I would avoid it with a soft spot unless you're feeling really handy.
