We have historically downgraded the 23b for two factors.
A: extremely low ground clearance. You will drag trailer frame at gas stations and be sol on a sloped driveway. Only fix: factory lift kit new

B: extremely low payload. Some 23b have 499 to 700 pound ccc which is a joke considering the massive cabinets inside. Another widely known fact: Typical family of 4 camps with 1,000 pounds of gear, food, water for one weekend.
