That was my thought as well. I sent the original pics (dated) and a link to this thread to the Crossroads support tech. I haven't heard back from him at ALL since his original email to me that asked me to pass on his contact info to the dealer. I only heard about their denial to cover it from the dealer.

Nope. Not from what the dealer said. They said they'll have to remove the window and reseal it and replace the trim along the wall (and some other part related to the window.. a baffle or something maybe?).
