Major Problems with Bed of Truck - how to fix?

I'd still look for a replacement bed. There are lots of shops that switch regular beds to flatbeds. Check with them, ebay or craigslist. If you don't want a regular bed, switch to a flatbed.

Just wondering what kind of TC are you carrying if you think it's the cause of the damage.
