I would assume his Insurance or the Fuel station would have paid for the repairs, does this have anything to do with the durability of the basically bullet proof CP3 pump?
I pumped 30 gallons water along with 5 gallons diesel into my 98 12V. The station paid me for my time and materials plus a full tank of fuel.
YES my water in fuel light came on!!!
Are you saying he bought a 17 Ford because he obtained contaminated fuel in his Cummins powered truck????
You would be right to assume his insurance paid for the repairs on his Ram...as it would if his new Ford was denied warranty repairs due to water in the fuel. See how that works??
You all talk about these Ram's like they never need a repair. He has receipts for over $35,000 in repairs on his Rams in the last 19 years and 350,000 miles
I'm saying even after having owned Rams for the last 19 years, and knowing about this supposedly epidemic failure rate of this flimsy CP-4, he bought a new 17' F350.....go figure!
