If this equipment was available on the GM the price would pretty much identical if not more. Not sure where you got the $10,000 cheaper figure from. Plus you can order more options on the Ford like 360 degrees cameras and adaptive cruise control that GM doesn't offer

Here is where I get my numbers from. Have looked at the Chevy and the Chevy has all options except sunroof and dealer installed options. Dealers are within 20 miles of each other.

Can't help if Chevy, Ford and Ram don't offer same options. I just know the trucks I have looked at have been their top trim levels and have most of the options offered and the Chevy runs around $10K cheaper than the others.

But see, that's the problem. You are not comparing apples to apples. To get the features that the GM you are looking at on the other trucks you don't have to look at the top trim options with the other two.

Trust me, you are going to get a lot more than $1,000 off the MSRP on a Ford Platinum. I just ordered a 2017 King Ranch in Canada and the discount was almost $15,000 off the MSRP. On the Ford Super Duty site a discount of $7,000 to $8,000 plus either a Costco or Auto show discount of $1,000 is quite common.

Educate yourself Troy, they didn't get busted for cheating the former environmental compliance officer (now fired) did not report four instances where the EGR and or DEF systems where shut down to prevent damage to the engine. As a side note the 2017 Ecodiesel's have received their certification from the EPA. However until the EPA god's OK the reflash for the 2014-2016 trucks they will not sign off on the 2017's.

Fiat did not voluntarily report their noncompliance to the epa so they got busted along with a fine.

Also how can fiat recieve their epa certificate and still not be able to ship trucks?

I don't think the GM's top level trim are as luxurious as Platinum/Longhorn/Limited. So that might not be a fair comparison.

Personally I'd love to see the Titans start selling better. Hopefully with both the XD and the 1/2 ton we can see it AT LEAST beat out the 13 year old Frontier lol
