Come on guys, why can't you admit that perhaps the OP got his hands on a bad set of tires. After all, he said that none actually suffered a blowout just tread separations. Then there are those who say that at 10,000 miles they have reached their service life. Those who say that 3 years is their limit.
A good set of tires should last at leas 5 years without issues. If ST tires are incapable then perhaps one should be looking elsewhere.

They will not last five years if 65mph was exceeded for long periods of time. This is published by Carlisle and other tire manufacturers. Some of wish only to run what is on our placard specified by the manufacturer for liability reasons.
