I had similar situations on freeways every time when I was pulling cabin cruiser behind motorhome.
Imagine me driving motorhome at 60 mph and a car entering the freeway with 1/2 mile merging lane.
The driver does everything but observe freeway traffic, so at the end of 1/2 mile , when his/her lane ends they look to the left to see tandem 22.5" wheels. So they punch the brakes and try to cut right behind my bumper.... opsss. here comes wide body trailer wit big boat on it.
Never had accident, but the views were priceless.
