I have bought EVERY mouse trap known to man to try and catch the willowy small mice that are in Florida and all of them they would get the bait and be gone.

There is a clam shell that opens and you put peanut butter in it. The handle sits real high for setting and placing it without it snapping on you. They put their tiny little nose in the opening to get the peanut butter which ever so slightly opens the clam shell and that lever slams shut killing them instantly.
I never had one trip without having a dead body in it! And there is a small additional handle that you use to pull it open so you are never touching or near the carcass to release them!
I even was catching teeny tiny babies with that trap, that otherwise I would not have known were still there after catching the larger ones.
Can't say enough about this trap! :C
I find them at Walmart near the soap isle tucked on a low shelf hard to find but worth looking for it. Victor is the brand name.
