Even simpler single angle, matching inside width of bracket
Hardest part from I see from here is getting long enough screw into camper due to width of gutter, likely cut tip for more thread engagement, retaper slightly (hole already thread cut so don't need full taper). Run lag thru angle into camper, pumping holes fill of caulk. Then nut & bolt thru gutter/bracket then angle and bracket top.
