More Great Customer Service by Torklift

My Fastgun locks kept developing some rust on the "pin end" of the locks. I mentioned it to Torklift and sent them a picture. They sent new locks. Couldn't be happier.
  • I'm impressed at their CS... and I can count the companies on the fingers of one hand that I say that about. One reason I keep looking at TCs (although one contract job ending prematurely killed my time/budget for a while) is because of good companies like that.
  • They are so good at customer service, they anticipate my needs before I even contact them. OK, not exactly, because I am not sure what I nee. They are sending me something, and I don't know what it is. I got an email with a tracking number last night.
  • For the cost of their equipment, I should hope so. Good for them. Love their tie downs and fastguns.
