Interesting test, although I wish they would have run more than 33 miles with it.
That said, 27 mpg out of the 2.7 is impressive.
Hopefully Pickuptrucks.com will give us one of their long distance towing tests between these two trucks. The one where they took the early Ecoboost on a 1200 mile trip towing from So. California to Colorado was quite informative.
