Get it to a covered place where you can work on it. Start removing the corner moulding, then the siding, then the insulation. Once its opened up you will see what needs to be done. Older RVs are not rocket science. Basic 2X2 wood construction, so if you have the tools and skills its not difficult.
I agree not rocket science but time comsuming and need for some tools you might not have but Harbor freight or HD rental. Just think it through if renting tools to use and return a quick as possible.
