I saied that because the frame is the strongest part of a truck ... i dont think HJ is a bad product, but i dont see why the op or anybody would drill his brand new trucks bed when he can get something that is bolt on directly on the frame ...
I didnt want to start a war about the best tie downs, like i saied its IMO.
@OP I bought a brand new superduty few months ago, i have installed the torklift tie downs and the timbrens myself,i like it and its an easy DIY with a buddy.
With an extra leaf your truck is gonna be harder on the back when you are empty on the bed, timbren dosent affect your suspension when you are empty so you keep the same smooth ride unloaded that you got at the moment
