Another FYI, those 19.5's won't fit your new truck. Ford went to a metric bolt pattern in 1999, you have the traditional 8 on 6.5" pattern on your old truck. It's why I sold my 19.5's as well. Just so your prepared and don't waste your time.
Also, the torklift makes an aluminum frame mounted tie downs, talons. I'd check those out as well.
