As someone said drive all and then decide, its your wallet. AS for Ford, my 2011 6.7 just turned 94k miles and has only made one return trip to the dealer for a oil line leak that was a warranty item.
Well first would be SAE J2807 compliant ratings, in fact while Ram got to increase some ratings the other manufactures needed to lower theirs.
Second would be the major frame upgrades in 2013.
Then there is full rear Air suppression on the 2015's
I agree that one should drive all three if buying new as it is their money.
Keep in mind Cummins12V98 tows very heavy with his rig mostly on the West Coast, with 385HP/865TQ 4:10's 37,800# GCVWR, so I would say he is qualified to beat the drum.
