The GM twins are good trucks, forget the Ford, why buy a truck that is basically the same since 1999.
RAM has really raised the bar with SAE J2807 compliant ratings, they just don't "Claim" ratings they are backed up. The Cummins and Aisin trans are both true medium duty.
Test drive them both.
