If they were sitting right next to a set were made this year, the difference would be obvious.
Those tires are 2 years old. Discount and other ST tire sellers reccomend replacement of ST tires at 3 years of age... The fact that they were in "storage" doesn't stop the aging process... It can only slow it down some.
You paid brand new money. You deserve brand new tires.
X2. When I replaced my tires, the tire shop ordered them and they were 18 months old. I refused them and they reordered. They understood and gave my no problems doing this.
