Those are old stock tires...I wouldn't accept them.
When I ordered our Maxxis from Les Schaub I stipulated fresh manufacturer tires no older than 6 months...I get even newer ones.
Sorry to post such a negative reply. But, I think Summit was rotating their stock and dumping old ones on you.
