New Maxxis tires are 2 years old???

I had the same problem. I purchased Maxxis tires from a local tire shop. They don't carry Maxxis but said they could order them. I paid extra for the Maxxis (over the Goodyear that the local shop sold) and when I got the trailer back to my storage lot I noticed the tires were 13 months old. There was really nothing I could do since the dealer just installed what was shipped.
