We are looking at buying a 2014 Rockwood 2604WS. We all but signed on the deal but wanted to research the product more. We saw 161 complaints on FR's RVs and service on the Pissed Consumer website and were horrified by what we read. We are now re-thinking our decision. Has anyone purchased an RV from FR before? Did you have it serviced for problems? If so, was your experience favorable? Please let us know your thoughts on this brand or model as we are ready to purchase NOW and don't want to make a huge costly mistake.
