Regarding what BurbMan said about the number of branch circuits, if I remember correctly, my reading of it was that in a 30A box, five was the max number of branch circuits. It's true that mine had five from the factory, one of which is the water heater.
I use propane to heat my water so that breaker is off ( as well as the switch out at the water heater ).
So my added breaker I installed for the TV set and sat rec is now "my fifth" branch circuit. I reckon this is not technically to code, but from a practical standpoint, it works for me.
