I have a WFCO 50 amp Service with a max of 12 circuits that would be a twin breaker in every slot. I added two circuits for outlets in the basement, then tapped one of those for an additional outlet in the vanity for electric tooth brush and cell phone chargers.
I also posted thread a while back on adding a 15 amp circuit to add two 15 amp popup outlets due to large counter space.
