short answer yes. Long answer is hell yes. I have the same setup, Pro Series, just remember to unhook the sway bar before backing in to your spot. I have a smaller trailer and I can tell when I don't have it hooked up. Without it every truck that passes me sucks the trailer over, almost unnoticeable when the sway bar is attached.
I have a 24' trailer, weighs 2,000 lbs less pulled by a Ram 1500, us your sway control.

Whatever level of trust you have for that dealer, lower it two notches.

Be advised, you will be partially restricted when backing up while turning when using the friction sway control bar. If you turn too sharp while backing, it can cause damage. Slightly backing while turning is ok, but I would remove it once I entered a campground or other parking situations.

I have a Pro Series also but i roll at 6000 lbs with a lot of TW (@900 plus #)
I have towed with and without the SC and felt no difference. That's because my rig tows true with no sway to begin with. With that being said , I do use a friction sway control. It's there if I need it, hopefully, I won't.

I think if I buy another hitch, I would buy a 4 point hitch like an Eqaul-I-Zer or similar , only because it's a proven hitch system that works and you can back up while turning, no need to remove anything.

I don't see a reason to not install it yourself if they gave you the parts.
It may help, but certainly won't hurt.

Reading this thread again. Being that they skipped the SB , I would check the equalizer bars that the dealer gave to you , to make sure they are large enough to handle your tongue weight.
I would think you'll need 1200 lb bars or more, maybe 1400's ?

Be careful how much stuff you load into that TT floorplan. The underbed/pass thru storage areas will add to your TW.

I question the trucks axle ratio as well as payload towing a large 34/35 ft with a 150 with 3.31 gears. I would get some opinions from Ford owners towing a TT that size and weight. Hopefully, im wrong .

Yes, install it. Do so exactly per dimensions given in the instructions and you will have no issues backing up.

Yes, that is my TT. Mine actually weighs 7404 empty. According to Ford, I can tow up to 10200 with my axle. I am planning on staying well below that. I am being very conscious of the weight and location of the things we are putting in the trailer.??

The dealer gave me the 1000 pound bars.

I hope you and others will not hesitate to continue to raise potential concerns.

For that TT you need 2 of the friction bars.
JMO here but I would ditch that WDH and get a premium hitch like a Hensley Arrow or Pro Pride. Your TT @34'4" OAL and over 8000 lbs loaded will be a load for that F150. Doesn't matter the tow rating as they're over hyped somewhat in the 1/2 ton class. I towed 31' @7300 lbs with a 2010 F150 Max Tow 4x4 145" WB using an EQ WDH with 4pt sway built in. It was a load on a semi windy day.
I found a used Hensley Arrow and used that for my final season. Very, very stable in all conditions. Passing semi's side by side didn't faze the truck or trailer.
JMHO here but that truck and TT will setup will need all you can give it.
