Kewl, thanks all for the replies, it gets me going:
Jeff & Kelly:
I hear ya on the slides being possible trouble points, but it's just a little too crowded without it. I won't go with the Double slide as that's a little too big, heheh, sorta like the "Goldilocks syndrome" I guess. I found his uTubes, interesting.
I looked at the 4500 cab chasis with the idea of putting the flatbed I wanted on there, but would have to order it 4-8 weeks and financing is limited to 2 parties, Chrysler and someone else, and are very picky apparently. and I may still go that route and am looking at the 5500 which seems a bit overkill, which I can easily do.
As I understand it, the 4500 is the same de-tuned engine with the 4.19? rear end which sounds like gas/diesel costs going up. 80% will be hi-way driving to and from spots and I'm figuring low & slow for the rough ones. I'll be looking at the 5500 flat bed like this, below, but really like the Silver one noted as it would have a split, 21gal each gas/diesel tank/pumps and I was going to put a winch on it. Flat bed had to be long enough, little under 10 to put a RZR XP1k on it. Thanks for the heads up though, I'll take a deeper look...
Kerry:
Will try for new, if not, will fall back to a used one, truck or camper or both. It's in the back of the mind as i'm biting off a huge chunk here, IMNSHO so thanks..
Twodown:
See above, looked at the 4500 but advised it's the same power train de-tuned, lower hp/torque etc and harder to finance. I was looking at the Cab/chasis. Still might do it, but now the 5500, heeh, never stops does it, is in the picture. The enclosed Aluma will be hauling max, 2 RZR apx 1500# each and thinking it's still within limits which I divide by 2 for a more realistic figure.. camper will be the 990, not too much heavier than the 811. thanks..

Nomand:
Class 5? I'm not sure what that is.. 4500? 5500? or a 3500 with flatbed. I don't need/nor can afford to do the Flat bed part yet.
The flatbed would be put on when i get the RZR XP apx little less than 6x10. Since I can't do the flatbed, the one I want, I'll have to do the bed. If I ever have to sell it, Gawd forbid, it should be easier with both options, flat bed and box. I'll store the box when I store the AF. Or something like that.
Thanks all, I'll be looking deeper into the Bigger truck and flatbed options...
Luckily, I have plenty of time to "Noodle it" and back to everything changing every 4 hours, heheheh...
Gawd, minds are a dangerous things, thanks again all..
on to the next ones..
Cheers...
