Just an update on "Purpose".
Truck:

Yes, values are going up but not enough to pay off VA loan. If it goes up really fast then I might keep for a year, sell and put a dent in the TC loans etc.
TC:
Cause it's smaller than the TH. Went through the scenarios with a 5th/TH/Trailer and TC on a Flat bed is ideal. Just me, so enough room. Flat Bed so when I get to the campsite "IF?" I have to, I can carry buggy to trail stagging area. Not planning on detaching camper most of the time.
Buggy:
With the AF on the flat bed, initially looking at a simple open trailer apx 6x12 to carry the ACE and some addition "stuff" locked down. Nothing real valuable and will figure out a simple security thing but not too worried about that. I"m not using the Truck to run the trails, it's going to be a small ORV Polaris ACE. Truck will either be at the Campsite or Staging area. Off loading the ACE from the flatbed.
So Now looking for Insurance and will give the one at MyDakotaAddress a call.
Since they seem to be a broker, I should be able to cover all that is needed.
On to the next one..
