As another poster said there are a lot of trailers out there meeting your stated requirements. A good portion of them will be < 6k GVWR meaning they can relatively easily be towed/carried by a properly equipped 4 door 1/2 ton or heavy duty tow equipped SUV.
I used to have a 6k# GVWR TT that was just over 30' with twin bunk beds and a small slide. Pulled it with an 05 Tahoe for 5 years and around 40,000 miles. That TT weighed 5,700# loaded for a 10 day horse show.
What you want is very doable. I vote for the 4 door P/U over the SUV though.
