Don't over think it. Many people think they need a huge trailer, then they buy it and spend all their time outside of it under the awning. For me having a bigger awning is more important than floor space in a trailer. I don't live in my TT, I camp in it. I'm outside all day, even in the rain under the awning if it's not too cold. Every extra dollar you spend on a 3/4 ton truck is a dollar less you can spend on the TT, which is a dollar less you'll have to camp.
Some people can't camp without a huge trailer, some people hate the idea of a large trailer. My parents traveled cross country in their heritage glen 5th wheel. The lived in it for 2 month, so they liked having a big camper. I camp weekends and a week at a time max, so for me smaller works.
The first campers I looked at had 2 recliners and I loved the idea. Until I realized then I'm just sitting in a camper all day looking out a windiw. I bought 2 nice 0 gravity chairs and now sit outside in them reclined. Much nicer.
