Because the dinette area is a horseshoe...I ended up with a folding table....one that collapses and turns the horseshoe into a bed.
Those tables are so wobbly that I've decided to remove the folding legs and install 2 flush mount table leg bases on the floor with 2 legs attached to the table.

The two-pedestal mount in our trailer is not particularly stable...YMMV. And it is not usable outdoors conveniently.
I'd agree, a double pedestal table is unlikely to solve the wobbly issue. We had one in our KZ Spree but because the table was located adjacent to the street side wall of the trailer I was able to secure the table to the wall and eliminate wobble entirely. However, that's not a solution that will work for a U shaped dinette at the front of the trailer as was the case in our previous TrailCruiser hybrid.

As in your case the folding leg table wobbled quite a bit but I managed to reduce that considerably by clamping the legs nearest to the front seating are, like this ...

I wouldn't say this eliminated the wobble but it did substantially reduce it. :)
