Boy, you sure are stuck on Crappy Tire, eh? Must have a lot of CT money to redeem! :p Not sure who actually manufactures them but any RV Care dealer can sell you a GC-2 6 volt battery supplied by East Penn that carries a full 2 yr warranty. They're really Deka batteries branded for sale here in Canada by RV Care dealers. You might also want to check out the venerable Trojan T-105 that's highly regarded by many, or if you have deep pockets even a pair of T-125 or T-145 batts that offer even more capacity than the T-105 which shares the same dimensions as the T-125.
That NOCO HM426 dual 6v battery box has been a standard for years and is a great solution if it'll fit BUT it's a lot more $$ than a pair of NOCO HM306 single 6v battery boxes.
Lotsa choices. :B
Geez. You keep blocking my path with common sense. Knock it off.
I beleive the C.Tire batteries are Exide.......but really.....how many manufacturers are REALLY out there?
And just to add to your mockery of my battery choices....the AGM I returned to C. Tire? They test the returned batteries....it was DEAD.
So I guess I actually have to THANK YOU.
I'm having trouble sourcing the Trojans locally which is why I decided on the path of least resistance.:)
And that box? I gotta go measure my space before I commit...but despite the cost....I think it's perfect.
Thanks again for all the comments.
